What I Want to See

In today's New York Times, A.O. Scott writes about what the animals in "Rango" and other recent films tell us about ourselves. He reviews (briefly), this film:

Here is what he says, "Its four chapters, proceeding without dialogue and using methods that combine documentary objectivity with Keatonesque sight gags, are miniature biographies of a man, a goat, a tree and some charcoal. Each has its season, its fate, its place in a cosmos whose ordering principles are at once manifest and manifestly unknowable."

A.O. Scott calls it more sublime than "Uncle Boonmee Who Can Recall His Past Lives," which I'd also like to see. The review in Slate Magazine is not so favorable. Still, I'm intrigued.
